Need a paw? Answers to common questions are below, or email SUPPORT_EMAIL_PLACEHOLDER and we'll get back to you.

How do I play?

Place one otter in every row, every column and every coloured pond. Otters need space, so no two may touch, not even diagonally. Tap a cell once to mark it with a ripple (no otter here) and again to place an otter. Tap a third time to clear it. Conflicting otters are circled in red. Stuck? Tap Hint: it fixes a mistake if you've made one, or shows where an otter goes.

What is auto-ripple?

An optional helper in Settings. When it's on, placing an otter fills every cell it rules out (its row, column, pond and neighbours) with ripples. Undo takes the whole move back in one step.

When does the daily puzzle change?

At midnight in your own time zone. Everyone gets the same puzzle on the same date. Puzzles are smaller early in the week and bigger at the weekend.

I bought the unlock. How do I get it on a new or reset device?

Open Otterdoku, scroll to the bottom of the home screen, tap Settings, then Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the App Store with the same Apple Account you used to buy it. Restoring is free.

Restore didn't find my purchase.

Where is my progress saved?

Only on your device. There are no accounts, so progress doesn't sync between devices. It is included in your device's iCloud or computer backup, so restoring a backup brings it back. Deleting the app deletes your progress; your purchase can always be restored.

Can I get a refund?

Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are too. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Does Otterdoku collect my data?

No. See our Privacy Policy.
